Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We don’t accept returns for change of mind. Many items are small-batch or customized, which helps us keep quality high and prices fair. If you have questions before ordering, message us— we’re happy to help you pick the right item.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Email hello@hellofaith.co within 7 days with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement when available or a store credit if out of stock.

Do you accept returns on digital downloads?

Digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned or refunded. If you run into a download issue, contact us and we’ll make sure you get access.

My package shows delivered, but I can’t find it.

First, check with household members or neighbors and look in common delivery spots. If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We’re not responsible for packages marked delivered, but we’re happy to help you start a carrier claim.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 2 hours of placing your order. We begin processing quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes once fulfillment starts. Custom or made-to-order items can’t be changed after production begins.

How do I choose the right journaling Bible or supplies?

Message us before you buy—tell us how you like to study, your preferred size, and whether you want wide margins or spiral-bound. We’ll recommend the best fit to avoid returns later.
